President OTSUJI attends the annual Memorial Ceremony for the war dead in Okinawa

On June 23, 2024, Mr．OTSUJI Hidehisa, President of the House attended the annual Memorial Ceremony for the war dead in Okinawa held in the Peace Memorial Park in Itoman city of Okinawa prefecture. President OTSUJI offered a flower and delivered a memorial address.

At the ceremony, the bereaved family members, Mr．TAMAKI Denny, Governor of Okinawa, those who concerned with Prefectural Government and Prefectural Assembly, Mr．KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister and Mr．NUKAGA Fukushiro, Speaker of the House of Representatives presented, and all the participants offered a minute of silent prayer.
